Only items purchased from Giro.com within 30 days of the date of purchase can be returned or exchanged. The item must be in restock-able condition (tags, stickers still on the product along with the original box and documentation). When making a return or exchange for items purchased on Giro.com, we will provide you with an authorized return label, as well as free shipping on the exchange and no additional re-stock fees.
